Gym Ninja
age 5+ Ninja course obstacles to building strength, coordination and overall fitness in a fun way
Tiny Tumbling
A beginning level tumbling class designed for ages 3-5. This class will teach basic tumbling skills of rolls, handstands, cartwheels, tumbling shapes, locomotor and overall strength and coordination.
Beginning Tumbling
age 5+ Beginning 1 and Beginning 2, focusing on building strength, coordination and tumbling foundations of rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, dive rolls, bridge work, back handspring shapes and more.
Intermediate Tumbling
age 6+ Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2, focusing on progressions from foundations and building blocks into front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, round off back handsprings, aerials, front tucks, back tuck strength/shaping and more.
Cheer Tumbling
Pre requisite: round off back handspring.
An intense class to teach and progress through cheer skills of round off multiples, standing multiples, round off tuck/layout, round off back handspring tuck/layout, front tuck step out, back handspring step out +, standing tuck/full, and layout fulls.
Advanced Tumbling
age 7+ Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 focusing on progressions into front and back saltos, round off multiple back handsprings, salto variations with twisting, aerial variations, acro step outs, multiple skill passes and more.
Adult Tumbling
Tumbling for Adults Beginning thru Advanced. Great way to get some exercise and have some fun learning new skills or increases strength and coordination. Also a great class for tumblers who have experience and just want to keep up their tumbling skills and stay in shape.
Private Coaching
Cheer teams, Dance teams, clubs, families, individuals and church groups can schedule a private coaching session for individualized drills and instruction on specific skills or just overall fun (by appointment only)
